Preschool for all Coloradans aims to retain $23.65 million in excess revenue, generated by tobacco and nicotine taxes, to fund universal preschool for Coloradans across all four corners of the state. If this measure fails, the excess revenue will be distributed back to tobacco and nicotine companies. By voting YES on Prop ii this November, we can fund universal preschool!
